Oakland Using Medical Marijuana as a Cash Cow to be Milked for Everything its Worth

Oakland's city council unanimously approved a measure that doubles the medical marijuana dispenseries in Oakland, nearly trippled the sales tax rate on marijuana, and doubled the cost of annual permit fees to $60,000.  It appears that Oakland is leading the way for a changing tide in the field of medical marijuana.
