CS: 3 Homeless Rescued When River Floods Their Camp

Heavy rain swelled the Sacramento River and its tributaries on Sunday and poured into a wooded area in Tehama County east of Interstate 5.  The water flooded the camp of three homeless people who were swept into the river.  They were rescued by a California Highway Patrol helicopter who had to airlift them to safety
