CS: Possible Cutting of Homeless Voucher Program Would Result in Uprise of Homeless

A proposal in Washington to cut a critical program for homeless veterans will result in thousands more vets living on the streets across the country and here in San Francisco. Now hope for thousands of former military service members will be dashed by this cutback to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and VA's Supported Housing voucher program,currently our best hope for addressing veteran homelessness.
